The annual homeowners meeting is held in May or June.  The Board does not meet formally throughout the year but does work informally with the Property Manager to plan and implement projects.

The Treasurer also performs as the bookkeeper approving and paying invoices related to projects approved as part of the annual budget.

The Secretary keeps the minutes of the Annual Meetings and sends out periodic updates and information from the Board as the Board deems necessary.
