The condo association attempts to do the majority of communication by email in order to save on copying and postage expense. Likewise, statements for monthly dues are sent at the beginning of our business year which runs May-April. Monthly payments are due on the first of each month, but statements (other than in May) are only sent upon request. Payments should be mailed to:

Lisa Hanson is our property manager. Lisa is a great asset and is available to assist with unit repairs and entry to your unit if you have vendors scheduled. She does monthly building and grounds inspections and typically is onsite at least once a week to check on our community. She coordinates annual furnace/air conditioning services as well as other maintenance projects throughout the year. She can be reached at: lrhanson8@gmail.com or 509-630-6545.
