This document refresh is intended to improve the clarity, consistency, accuracy, compliance with WA state regulations. Additionally, the only minor changes include:

- Voting rights officially documented as 1 vote per lot/unit
- Member approval attending a meeting – majority of those present vs 67% of the community (enabling proxy or not)
- CCRs
- Bylaws – how the board/community votes to amend bylaws.
- R&Rs – article 12 (5 pages long) and fines policy consolidated.
