The Annual Homeowners Meeting is typically held in the Spring (May/June). While the Board of Directors does not convene on a formal schedule throughout the year, members collaborate informally with the Property Manager to plan and execute projects aligned with the community’s goals.
The Treasurer also serves as the bookkeeper, responsible for approving and processing invoices related to initiatives outlined in the annual budget.
The Secretary maintains official records by documenting the minutes of the Annual Meeting and distributing periodic updates and communications from the Board as needed.
